SUP yoga is a fantastic way to tone your core, build stability and learn yoga on the water.

SUP yoga involves standing on a large paddle board whilst taking part in a yoga practice. The need for balance and stability in order to do poses whilst on the board will mean you learn about your body, your breath and your mind in a very different way to being at home or in the yoga studio.

SUP yoga is a great new way to experience yoga and challenge yourself. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, try something new and empower yourself.

Yoga means union, when it’s practiced outdoors it seems like the union with nature, humanity, and the universe is truly felt.
