Yoga to strengthen your BOOTY and help you find balance. This 45-minute flow will power up your legs, and glutes as your travel into shapes like Warrior Three, High Crescent Lunge, Eagle and more. No props need here (although they’re always welcome) – just bring yourself, and maybe a yoga mat, though it can be done without one.
