We all love to indulge during the holidays – and this flow is perfect for sweating, detoxing and MOVING out any and all stale energy and breath. This 45-minute intermediate vinyasa flow begins with pranayama (breathwork), followed by some yummy twists and balancing poses and closing with some core work before a blissful savasana.
