Suitable for ALL levels, this 30-minute flow will power up your legs, hips and glutes, strengthening and stretching these parts that are so vital to the yoga practice. It will also increase body awareness around the biggest joint in our bodies – the hips! No props needed, just yourself, and maybe a yoga mat, though it can be done without one.
